The Dryer Watchman is a new dryer monitoring system developed by Gaffney Electrical Solutions Ltd. The Watchman is designed to send regular updates on dryer operations, as well as to alert the operator to a failure or abnormal condition, via text message. Special features of the system include:
  • SMS cell phone technology for two-way communication
  • The ability to send and receive text messages
  • A high gain SMS antenna for rural areas
  • The capability of remotely operating equipment via text message or on the internet

The Wireless Level Monitoring System!
The Wireless Level Monitor is a new technology designed by Gaffney Electrical Solutions Ltd. This system eliminates the need for lengthy wire runs to send signals from remote locations. It adapts to a traditional level indicator and sends a radio signal to a receiver located in a control room, or any isolated area. The system uses Frequency Hopping Spread Spectrum radio, which was designed to relay radio messages or data in areas with high levels of interference. Features of the Wireless Level Monitoring System include:
  • Designed for one-way monitoring or control
  • The Spread technology will penetrate concrete or steel structures
  • Transmission range can be up to 5 miles (extended range is available)
  • In case of power disconnect or loss, the system will retain the collected data
