Preventative Maintenance Program

It is encouraged to enrol in an annual maintenance program to ensure dryer is in top condition at the start of the drying season. These programs follow manufacturers recommended electro-mechanical service recommendations, can be customized per facility and a written report sent afterwards detailing work completed and recommendations for future sustainability.

Dryer Master Moisture Sensors

Real time moisture information. Gives the process operator a continuous picture of what is happening without blind spots that occur when doing manual sampling.
Provides in-line realtime moisture information using fin style moisture sensors that measure product moisture as it passes by the sensor.
Sensors are capacitance-based devices that respond to the total bulk moisture within the product and use temperature stabilized electronics plus product temperature compensation to give best readings.
Constructed of stainless steel, sensors are food grade and flexible to endure most demanding applications.

Reduced Energy Cost

The BioDryAir uses crop residue as fuel thus almost eliminating the need for fuel.
The BioDryAir simply hooks up to your existing dryer with an air duct that directs the heat.
The BioDryAir unit is fed the crop residue via a hopper and auger system.
The system is completely automated and can be controlled by a cell phone.
The system also communicates with the dryer to provide the right amount of heat and at the right temperature.
To use propane or natural gas turn off the BioDryAir and operate your dryer per usual.
